Terms and Conditions

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of ‘Scott’ (Exclusively on purchase of Dixcy Scott.) on following Terms and Conditions

1. Buy Scott product and get a Paytm unique code inside the pack, use the code to avail INR 50/- (INR Fifty Only) respectively, get Paytm cash in their wallet.
2. The Offer is valid from 1st October 2021 to 28th February 2022 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Offer is applicable and valid only twice per user, per house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime.
4. The customer will get the second Paytm wallet after 7 days of successful registration of the second voucher from the same mobile number / email id.
5. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
6. Dixcy scott products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
7. Paytm code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
8. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the Paytm cash must be addressed to Paytm directly.
9. All participants who have bought the promotional packs of products with a Paytm logo and offer details during the offer period shall be eligible to receive the respective cashback during the Offer Period.
10. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Dixcy scott, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
11. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
12. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Dixcy scott and Kikoy promotions shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
13. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
14. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
15. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
16. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
17. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages and Scott and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.
